Guys just to share, all residential lands in Cyberjaya has been taken out by developers. Hence there will be a lot of development going on within this few years. There will be around 5 malls and street malls within Cyberjaya. Those shop houses near Pangea 100% sold out.

I believe that Ciber will boom one day, just the matter of time. Undeniable, Ciber is sold at quite a high price tag which I think is not good if you plan to buy for short term investment.

I have a unit but it is not facing the lake.... Any other unit facing the lake for sale? Keeping my fingers crossed  Aunt and colleague interested in units facing the lake after looking at the brochure.

I reckon for that price, you could get a much larger landed property from other projects in Cyberjaya. However, that being said, this is an impressive project and I feel it is by far one of the most beautiful project in that area. Do you guys think it's still worth it?

Finally. Brought my aunt to mirage on Tuesday. She booked a unit @ phase II. 9xxk before discount.
Ah Beng SA with long sideburn gave her 20% rebate. She paid 3% as downpayment. MBB called and can offer 70% MOF. Super efficient.
Apparently Malaysia Day Sale got 2 carparks. My aunt very happy with her purchase. I think the ah Beng SA super irritating.
