InP hit the cojones of previous investors hard indeed cry.gif cry.gif doh.gif console.gif , but for own stayers, this sounds like a steal rclxm9.gif rclxm9.gif , 24X80 at 630K provides way better value than those Mickey Mouse development offered by the like of Eco World and SP Setia. Speaking of which, I am surprised that SP did not infuse its DNA in terms of pricing into InP. Thanks for the heads up bro.

Ya lah..for such a big land, the built up is just like rimbayu livia 20x65 ony.. it means they support greenery living la, can planting trees infront n back of the house 😁😁😁😁

Inp wanted 2 price it at affordable range, if 2200+sft d price will shoot up 2 more than 680k+ then diff 2 sell.

Gross price starts from 661k for 24*85 (west view), 666k for 24*81 (west too i think), 670; 24*80 (east view). All units are 1987 sf.
3% discount in addition to the prices above.

Good product i must say. around 800m walking distance to LRT3 station thats actually right in front of bayuemas.

One major con of this township is the the fact that the access road to parklands is not opened which can make it very easy to reach the wu teck n quite a fair bit of restaurants/shops in parklands. According to SA, the road will be opened when gemilang 2 etc is completed.

Quite reasonable sales today. as at 11 ish 20+/- units sold. There's 16 shops facing the main road/LRT station but too small scale la.

Still not impressed with the township as a whole especially the commercials, amenities n the roads within the township for a top 20 developer's product.

In fact i cnt think of many subsales in the newer townships of klang with this kind of land size safe for a few in Ambang n parklands.
SPS Acquisition not completed. Looking forward to their township planning in alam impian bayuemas n a few more of their townships.

U mean d carpark length is 33ft? A sedan car length abt 14ft so mayb can park 2 cars back 2 back. Very rare 2 find dsl wth such big land n yeah better buy dsl wth bigger land area than dsl wth small land area but big b/up.
