bayuemas new launch this weekend.known as gemilang 2, 650k, 3% rebate, nett 630k, 1985 sf (thereabouts), 24*85, not sure what other freebies but reasonable i feel.

As usual InP style, whack those subsales/previous investors.

So big land area but b/up less than 2000sft? No wonder price is reasonable

Ya lah..for such a big land, the built up is just like rimbayu livia 20x65 ony.. it means they support greenery living la, can planting trees infront n back of the house 😁😁😁😁

Inp wanted 2 price it at affordable range, if 2200+sft d price will shoot up 2 more than 680k+ then diff 2 sell.

In fact i cnt think of many subsales in the newer townships of klang with this kind of land size safe for a few in Ambang n parklands.
SPS Acquisition not completed. Looking forward to their township planning in alam impian bayuemas n a few more of their townships.
Yeah, better big land size n small built up with reasonable price so owners can renovate in the future when needed.
Carpark is 33 feet, shld be able to fit 3 cars if 1 is a myvi, good for multigeneration living.

U mean d carpark length is 33ft? A sedan car length abt 14ft so mayb can park 2 cars back 2 back. Very rare 2 find dsl wth such big land n yeah better buy dsl wth bigger land area than dsl wth small land area but big b/up.

How come 24x85 is cheaper than 24x80?
