Just fyi, similar cases happened on bukit tinggi and setia alam as well...just depends on how serious they are

most of Klang land are palm estate, included Bayu emas, parkland, botanic, bukit tinggi, Bandar puteri, setia
Alam etc |

KPJs hospital here will be highly dependent on the market. The Bandar Baru Klang hospital is already profitable (star online), so they wun hesitate to start work within the next 1-2 yrs. Hospital can serve the bayuemas to teluk panglima crowd.
Bayuemas got so much of empty land, what are their plans?? |

Convenience yes, safety i believe gng is approved or in the process for terrace house area. Pls check, if its nt then need to ask residents hows it. Either way, better buy bandar botanic la. Already gng n location much btr n closer to commercial. |

Hi guy, got abit of question on the actual address for this area.
Jalan Impian 28?/KS?, Kota Bayu Emas, (Pandamar/Pendamar), 42000/41200, Klang Selangor. Question is, whether the pandamar is part of the address? TNB & Syabas bill have this word where else Majlis Perbandaran Klang does not have. Then for the postcode, whether 42000 or 41200. TNB bill is 41200 where else Syabas and Majlis Perbandaran Klang use 42000. Damn quite confusing. Hope someone could provide some correct info. Thanks. |

Johan setia station will be moved closer to kfc. Large scale TOD here.
