QUOTE(Greenfingers @ Aug 11 2011, 09:30 PM) Hi Does this will impact the whole bayuemas area or this just construction error?May I ask whether the earth settlement problem would affect the link houses for the future launches? I was thinking of getting one of the link houses. But now with the information on the earth settlement problem, is it advisable to do so? Thank you. |

QUOTE(Yamaha 444 @ Aug 26 2011, 02:51 PM) Sebelum construction around 6-8 years back.. area ini memang paya besar... Ini betul betul paya dekat sungai kat belakang.. tanah sure lembik... pilling pakai bakau pun tak guna.. tanah bawah air banyak lagi .. sure gerak.. lebih lebih lagi area ini akan dibanjiri air dari laut setiap tahun entah bulan apa tak ingat.. tapi sure setiap tahun mesti banjir sekali punya..... patut stay away from this place... mesti ada problem nanti... ohh isit? thanks for sharing info. After construction, im not sure whether this place still flooding? on top of that, klang most of the land paya bakau and kelapa sawit but these issues has to tackle at early stage by the developer. Any klang people here? may b you can contribute some comments here about kota bayuemas land structure. |

QUOTE(kar2on @ Aug 27 2011, 10:23 PM) djdon, kar2on,that house should be the old lagenda unit. The old Lagenda intermediate is just 1600+ sqf built up, if you take a walk at the back lane, you'll see that most of the intermediate house owners have begun renovating their house to increase built up area. Dzaman and Warisan have bigger builtup...about 2000sqf (more or less). Lagenda Corner and End lots have a built up of about 2000 sqf as well. So yes, Lagenda is small builtup, but DZaman and Warisan have bigger builtup. But be warned....may take a while to be completed and for the CF to be ready. So if you looking for bigger house, either buy intermediate and renovate (about 20-30k for single storey extension....40-60k for double storey) or buy end lot/corner lot at Lagenda....or wait for Dzaman and Warisan. thanks for your sharing. My fren said warisan has bigger buildup area than D'Zaman? what is the exact buildup for d'zaman? the d'zaman rooms will be equal big as warrisan rooms? |

QUOTE(Achoo @ Aug 29 2011, 12:36 AM) as per pamplet given shows that : thanks for valuable info. really appreciate it. based on above both WARISAN and DZAMAN is worth buying but my choice will be DZAMAN because it has bigger land size/WARISAN : intermediate : land size - 1540sq ft , built up - 1911 end lot : land size - 1540 - 3080 sq ft , built up - 1931 corner lot :land size - 2989 - 3737 sq ft , built up - 1931 DZAMAN : intermediate : land size - 1680sq ft , built up - 1863 end lot : land size - 2100 sq ft , built up - 1863 corner lot :land size - 3108 sq ft , built up - 2048 make ur own conclusion .... Can some one share the DZAMAN ans WARISAN floor plan which has the measurement such for the rooms, kitchen, hall and ect.? |
