Can you provide the tank specs???

What I feel is that your layout too symmetry already, IMO it'll look much better if you can move the driftwood and the water sprite bush a bit to the right so it'll divide the tank into 2/3 and 1/3 left and right. I feel that it'll look more natural like that. blush.gif

And why is there an air stone on the left when you already have a inline diffuser at the end of the outlet??? shakehead.gif

And I'm really interested to see how your straugyne (dunno spelling correct or not tongue.gif ) foreground will look like... thumbup.gif

not recommend run oxygen pump. as injecting o2 will raise the pH value.
base on your info, your tank's pH value not stable, injecting co2, pH down. injecting o2, pH raise.
using a fan to bring down the water temperature is base on evaporating concept. it depends on your room temperature. try reduce the fan and observe the temperature, if there is no changes, meant u are wasting more electric energy.

im not sure its true or false. more fans does not bring more celcius down, but increase the evaporating rate, thus you need to top up more water. icon_idea.gif

agree.. coz fan just bring down the temp until around room temp only.. so once u reach the min of room temp (around 27-28), it wont go down anymore even u add more fans, u will just evaporate the water more biggrin.gif

Added on February 16, 2011, 4:10 pmanyone can verify what type of connector is this ? hmmm.. i think its not CGA300 or CGA320 right ? what is the common type in Malaysia ?

yamato shrimps need to breed in brackish water. so you cannot breed them with your planted tank.
