Someone is deleting the apps in our Dropbox as i type now. At least 5 has been deleted and is still going on. STOP DELETING!

I think is better not recommended new member to use Dropbox client, it is time consuming for our member here to upload back the apps.

Its a very tedious thing to do. I had some difficulties doing it but with the help of some of those guys on the IRC channel, I did it. I wouldn't recommend you doing it as if you have any problems you would have to revert it back which is another issue LOL

But then again this is just me (a noob) saying

put on both file on sd card, open android sdk (adb)

adb devices
adb shell
#su
# mount –o remount,rw –t yaffs2 /dev/block/mtdblock3 /system
# chmod 777 /system
# cd /sdcard
# ls *.apk
# cat framework-res.apk > /system/framework/framework-res.apk
# cat twframework-res.apk > /system/framework/twframework-res.apk
# reboot
