Woohoo V3, cangrats

Morning to all
Did you mean the task manager in Froyo? If so, I tried it and it completely kills everything thats running except the system itself. Even My Launcher Pro
gets killed but it resets itself back. So in many ways I think its good but not better than ATK as got no autokill and ignore list and so on

Yea, but I was referring to the built in Task Manager in Froyo. Like SGPC said, I too use it to Kill Kill Kill
Only thing is that it doesnt Auto Kill

Wow! LOL, just go out and youtube or google for some info but in anycase here's my 2 cents

Camera 4/10
Audio 6/10
User Interface 9/10 (very customizable with 3rd party apps)
Touchscreen 10/10 (very good in my opinion)

At the end of the day, it all boils down to individual taste and preference

Sadly, I am facing similar issues since I flashed to Froyo. in Eclair I could lock on within seconds while outside. Now 10-15 mins to lock on, even with GPS Status but It does help using GPS Status.
Try using GPS Status from Android Market. I launch that first to lock on sats and when its complete I turn on Papago.

Yea, it's a really good budget Android phone. I am also very happy with mine. After you configure your GPS, download GPS Status from the Android Market. It will help you lock on.
But, first thing you will need is Advanced Task Killer. This phone will really drain your battery fast. ATK will help you kill apps that are running in the background. Trust me, there are always apps running in the background that will consume your battery

Only waiting for the official Froyo release

I use Background App, not sure where I got it from, either AppPlanet or Android Market. Thats a real useful app. Browse tons of very nice wallpapers. I use it often. You can choose to set the pic as background instantly or download the background to your phone and set it later
