How do you solve it? Flashed back to Eclair? When i used Eclair previously, it was grayed out too and remain the same when i upgrade to froyo..

you got to put in your APN as per the 1st post tutorial. Mine is Digi

1) Home -> Menu -> Settings -> Wireless & networks -> Mobile networks -> Access Points Name
2) Menu -> New APN

DIGI Data - Internet
Name: Digi Internet
APN: diginet
MCC: 502
MNC: 16
APN Type: default

try that and then it should come on automatically

this might be kinda too spoonfed but how do i flash my sg5 to the modded motafoca froyo. when i checked the tutorial on the first page. it just says install odin and so on and so forth. is there any step by step available. thx in advance people

It is a step by step guide. Only difference is that you replace the One Package I5500LAROJP2.tar with the motafoca one.

go to dropbox download ODIN zip file.

1. open odin.
2. goto select OPS section, click OPS button , find EUROPA_I5508_v1.0.ops
3. on option section tick all include 'one pakage' + select button one pakage at bottom and find ur I5500_FROYO_BATFIX_bymotafoca.tar.md
4. reset ur phone using hard reset *2767*3855#
5. remove ur battery. put back after 5 second.
6. on the phone hold down lowvolume button + middle button + endcall button (u will see downloading icon in ur phone after 5 second)
7. connect ur phone to pc using usb cable
8. if everything is ok, odin will show you yellow at com port
9. now u press Start button and wait till finish

i think tutorial there already step by step. anyway im free to help

been using the 1st stable mod by motafoca named I5500_FROYO_BATFIX_bymotafoca.tar. it increased my battery life by 1 day.

hi..anyone knows how to send out namecards for G5?and also whenever i receives a namecard it will show 'null'
