Tot convention center doing ok? based on their record pre covid, every month average 2 events.

Offices - Only miti and matrade (but the only office building haven completed yet, still in construction right) (while hap seng still doing ground work n pilling)

Apartments - agreed - a lot is coming in surrounding from mid to mid high end, plus existing MK units

MRT - agreed latest also 2026

Developer - erm.. this is bad, can check which projects abandoned? Met 1 so far so good, as from the outlook and speed, but sales struggling i guess.
It happens other developers dint pay comm also, years back i heard, those really bad kaki, and they dont care if you sue them. If this really happen here, better stay away, not steady.

Believe cant bring much resi as the masterplan is not a resi township, could be more towards business opportunity

Corporates wont go for retails office, do you mean solaris and publika? So call first grade A Office building still under con in the area, mayb this works?

Bad record, developer should take responsibility on this. Can see their weakness in this masterpiece land, too slow and couldnt execute good. Beside met 1 n an hotel, others related seems just JV with other developer.
