about this 1 also dont understand...when they release gingerbrd on june. play and neo already widely spread on market....means they have x10, neo, pro, play, and arc..

let say x10, neo and pro in the same range of performance ( only slightly difference after i read through the spec), they gonna hv 3 phone that overlapping each other since they put longer breath for x10..

what kind of strategy is that?
*
maybe it is called crowd control.. lol if not former SE fans will flame others not to buy SE anymore.. so might aswell give some rather than lost everything..

aiks?? even put ur phone inside pocket also kena water kah? ur pocket wet? lol laugh.gif

this is one of my petua if ur phone tenggelam dalam air..

take a bowl..and remove everything thing, case, cover, battery, simcard, sd card,
and put ur phone inside it.
take a small amount of rice.. YES RICE/BERAS..(yang belum masak..not nasi)
pour into the bowl with ur phone inside it.

leave for a day..

chances?.. ur "wet" phone will dried up and can be use again.. my phone once jatuh dlm longkang besar.. only god knows how I felt by submerged my hand inside the longkang.. LOL

i did this petua and my phone is able to use again lol.. but few button rosak.. but still can call in/out. at least la kan dari kong terus..

here are some youtube for u to prove it this method..

ok... how u phone got wet is a mystery...
but if change whole motheboard, that might cost you nothing more than 500 i think..

or maybe that service centre simply said it was caused by water damage, where it might have been just overheat.... try sending ur phone to a different service centre (since ur service centre said its not under warranty)...
last time, i send to Telstra Communication (1st Floor TC31/32) Lowyatt. 03-21447922... maybe they can give better quote for repair...

b90edwin,

few more days v1.0.4 might come out already tongue.gif

v1.0.3 with stock kernel is already perfect

v1.0.3 with custom kernel is really really amazing(all animation looks much much more solid) but there are some bugs with it
- native app2sd not working
- phone running a bit hot (purely my own observation)
- some say GPS doesn't acquire lock, but cell location works as usual

another bug... lock screen not entirely workin, or is it just mine?
sliding up on a miss call doesnt bring up call log screen.. same with sms...

bug hunting is fun.. hehe...i still had to redo cos had some issue with *100# remember??

a bit hot due to overclocking i guess...
anyway we can set it back to normal speed manually? afraid that it will overheat and kaboomm
>> cpu tuner maybe?

ntah.. tak test lagi... but if u ask me, im abit wory bout the overclock thingy..
actually current standad kernel performace pun dah cukup bagus..
afraid it will burn the MOBO again...
they say cpu clock increased it to 10%...

will try it for a while.. if temp rise easily, maybe back to standard kernel for me...

Abundai, this custom kernel no overclock yet. Just fps cap removed and some unknown stuffs z and trip made.

Custom kernel still not mature yet for x 10. Now its more like trial stage only but it's really promising hehe

For now I'll stick to standard kernel for daily and custom only when testing

really?
i tot i read it somewhere thats it has been overclocked by 10%.
if its on fps tweaked, then i'll flash back to standard after this and test if there;s much diferent overall

yeah, on 1.0.3 since last night ...

yepp .. the direct shortcut to call/sms no work in this version.
another bug is that the miui camera only takes 640 x 480 pics no matter what option u choose. The stock cam and vignette works though hahaha

U went into boot loop on custom kernel?

I'm on standard for more than 24 hours already, still going strong

You are right bout the sugar!!! And its freaking addictive haha ...plain tea will not taste the same again. You know, this is the 1st rom that I don't feel like using custom launchers haha
