And also Theo opted for the shot first instead of just diving straight to the ground.

Sol Campbell returns?
Please come back Sol. I cannot stand the heart attack from the center back anymore. Djourou so far is the best defender in this season
*
Probably calculated Djourou won't be saving our ass for long, so it's a good reinforcement I guess.

Sol Campbell will always be a gunner forever.

Btw guys, don't worry about a new thread, this thread can stand for up to 200 pages in emergency situation which we are now in. smile.gif wait kim hoong to create one last new thread (or forever and ever if he is free) and choose a new ts we shall.

Though I respect Sol, I think reinstating him back into the team is like taking a step back from last season. He is already wayy past his best, and at the moment I don't think he is match-fit for any games. Looking back at his honeymoon pictures would make any 3rd division manager thinking twice about putting him on the pitch.

I loovve Gary Cahill! I don't often see him play, but I did watch an interview on him and noticed him when Arsenal played Bolton. He is a good player and can really slug it out in a game. Only weakness is that his positioning are often exposed by opponents several times. But for a young age of 25, he's still got a lot of future ahead of him. Too bad he's English though.....his price will be off the roof!

Now really wonder will AW give Arshavin contract extension?
*
i thk he will. goals against top form liverpool stil fresh in mind. AA is a pure attacking player, v gd at counter attack, wic is diff wif Nasri. wif his S size physical in BPL, he has no point to join da defense. he juz need to focus in offense department. he n walcott wil b ready for counter attack n v.Persie or Chamakh drop deep to midfield. we need to utilise our players strength, to be efficient.

Oh no , Sol . I think he had past it , and probably became a liability rather than rescue . Our current options would be

Gary Cahill
Phil Jagielka
Chris Samba

With the former 2 would be overly expensive and Wenger style would be going for Samba . Or , loan Denilson/Diaby to Villa in exchange for Dunne lol ... any of these are better than Squillaci IMO , in term of BPL experience .
