according to the source, the pie cap will be up soon and the first 7 floors will be the toughest to build, and now they are working on the basement.

after the 7th floor, then everything will be identical on the above and hence easier the work.

Yes. Ever the project im doing now, i take about 6 months to totally complete the level 1. But contractor have move up to top and down to the basement. 24 hours working. They only get 100% for L1, about 40% for basement 1, about 40% for L2 and about 25% for L3.


Added on April 17, 2012, 10:52 amIf not wrong it is at end 2014 for them to complete. Because only sign snp on 2011 altough they already launch on 2010.

First, ngau che xui bcame white elephant, alongside came an abandoned supposedly highend condo, subsequently joined by a nyawa-nyawa ikan neighbourhood mall..

And now ppl worry bout progress of new eve suites.. This place bad feng shui ka?

BY looking at the working rate it is slower than i expected .

For the way it looks, the progress no doubt is slow, we should be seeing alot of kongsi house at the perimeter of site by now ! maybe cash flow problem or stop order from authorities, who knows rather than the relevant parties.

I'm quite sure it will take at least 2 1/2 years from current stage to complete even for a reputable contractor.

2013 is another challeging year.. hope they dun run away... if they need $$ cover here cover there.. the fund could huh,,,,,. good luck!

This is the 1st thing the contractor built before starting work. There should also be some prayers conducted as well.
Basically a culture for all contractors on new projects. They are asking for trouble if they don't...

i will adv ur to create fb and post all the picture taken from site every week to monitor the progress by rotation..... just to avoid abundance project in that area... at lease the project not progress for 1 week ur can Queation the person in charge.... good luck!!!
