( Least they can lend us their ears ) . She has been very nice to agreed my comment and shall discuss with Mr Lai . Lastly asked us to await their reply in due course. 

So, Lets wait and see what is the reply from Them via our Email LInk - evesuiteforum@gmail.com.

Either as a public listed company or sdn bhd. Company should always get customer feedback because we buy their product or services.
My point of view is that current situation really affect the company image.
I also don't dare to introduce to other people for any future property from the same company.

I think the company show NO respect to all the customers when they said "developer should not be entertaining us with such meeting".

whoever has further queries about this project , he volunteered to answer all of it by calling to his office or Mobile no
( 03-78859206 or his mobile phone no - 012- 385 6603 ) Name Mr Seow Kim Huat.

Meanwhile i urge and encouraged all to call so that The main contractor would know our predicaments and expedite the construction within time frame . We will check with him over SM Land payment to them . If necessary , we ( owners) will help him . I need Back-UP, PLEASE !!!

However to answer the earlier question posted on withdrawal of S & P Agreement cannot be done after S & P signing provided we dont mind to forfeit ( burn ) the initial 10% payment . I have checked with Rajeendran ( Developer Lawyer), Developer and my lawyer . Because its my intention to withdraw earlier .

Platinum Damansara is the best example.
I think it stop at 60%.
That time lot of people will bankrupt normally, because some people just not afford to pay the house loan at all.

Latest news, new contractor delayed and will come on 25th OCT, 2012.
Developer ask us not need worry cause almost all unit sold off, and they more worry than us. ..... i speechless..

Yesterday, saw 5-10 workers there, but tower crane no active move.

Nope, I not agreed with this.
I am staying at Pelangi Utama now, MetroKajang use 1 year to build the base and 2 years for 18 floor and finish 3 months earlier summore.

But if eve suite contractor continue to delay again for 2-3 months then 100% will be late.

The difficult part is podium up to level 7, once they reach the typical level, it can be very fast. However, it depend how many man power they put. Malaysia standard always like that one la. Do thing also abit slow. The project i do in singapore, 3 level basement, 6 level podium and 12 storey office on top of the podium with quite similar size with this. It take only 12 months to complete the structure. Not include piling. Piling take about 7months.

It all depend on the developer la. Next time buy house should first look at the developer name before select. That should be the pririoty

Linear bosses all very loaded, why linear delisted from bursa?

Reason is, the person own certain amount of share in the company but his own asset and cash are not related to the company. If company go bankrupt, all buyers can complain and take action against the company but not the owner.

Manage the developer is the keyword to all users now.

Ya, I think the project management very bad. If i am the developer I wont let the project have a timeframe where no worker on the site, it looks ugly.

I pass by NKVE everyday, so far progress looks very good and fast. Basically basement floor and ground floor already done,
now they should be working on 1st level & 2nd level of car parking.
