a very 1st level basement car park for shoptlot
2nd level (consider as ground floor) is shoplot
and then 3 levels of car park so far.

how many levels to go before reaching first level of resident unit?

True, 2 rooms eve suites studio i am assuming it to be 2K-2.5K around since it is fully furnished and more high-class.
Also have to consider facilities, security, and it will be good if the pedestrian walkway link directly between LRT station and eve suites.

People who are working at KL city area, but they are feeling hectic to stay inside KL, can consider place like Eve suites with LRT as the direct transportation.

In term of rental yield, I don't think there are many "new" condo can fetch good rental yield because the condo price already move faster than the rental.
But sometimes depends on people needs, for me I prefer lower rental yield slightly but higher sub-sale rate.

If high rental yield then can buy ridzuan, not eve suites.

I have called the developer (Syamurni) regarding the issue and these were the feedbacks I got from them.

1. The Majlis Perbandaran Subang Jaya has got a new boss. And it has forbid all constructions project in the district to work at night. As for the past few months, EVE SUITES construction site has been active till late at nite (around 10 pm). So he basically told me that not only EVE Suites was affected.. all the projects in the area too

2. The contractors have misunderstood the order by MPSJ, hence they thought that they could not work AT ALL... so the gates were closed and no contractors were working then

3. The main gate should be opened today and contractors should have started working TODAY

So.. anyone in the area can verify whether there are contractors working today? I've left Ara Damansara and back to Ipoh already. So I couldn't help you guys to look at it..

Really, my heart skipped a bit when I thought it would be a stranded project... Phewwww! Fingers crossed everything will be smooth after this..
