Luckily i applying loan before JAN 1, 2012.
And then I applying loan with my wife together.
Clean record, no debt on credit card, not even 1 sen of late payment on credit card for 5 years, then only success. sad.gif

Pass by Eve Suites yesterday,
Saw BOTH tower cranes already installed (Last week was just one of them).
But haven't raise it up yet.

I got no proof,
but from my perspective, the project stuck there for 2 months around APRIL-MAY because of the sub-contractor, and then they sack them.

normally developer will not abandon the project at 10% progress.
normally is around 60%.

3) Its accessibility to Tropicana and Kelana Jaya route is another good selling points , on top of our STEAM BATH features.

4) Whoever has been lucky to be alocated a 3 carparks is strong selling points

5) Hopefully the shops/cafe/restaurant / tennats in EVE SUITE Shopping Complex are from a good establishments, because there OVERSUPPLY of shopping lots/ complex in Ara Damansara , namely Pacific Place, NZX, Oasis, now Ara Greens. ( im wondering there should be so many empty shop lots after completion of eve suite , pacific place and Ara Greens in 3-4 years time.

Last but not least , if everything is in order based on the pricing of ara greens residence, buyers in eve suite can smile and our fingers crossed waiting for its completion and reap a reasonable RETURNS
