second year is build the levels.
The levels might not be build one by one, but block by block.
means each section already build on ground, and then jack them up and seal them.

I just called William Seow Site Manager.
He clarified that a new contractor will come on OCT 15, 2012.
The one contractor's contract just right end at the basement level. That's why didn't see anyone working there.

I think best to call the technical person, the rest sitting in office totally useless. sweat.gif
