i quite agree with tehoice, the 1st 7 floor is toughest to build but once build the following floor should be very fast..

Normal lah, soft launch, gauging market interest, bla bla bla. Different perspective, different impression. From my perspective, when I booked, piling has started. From other's perspective, soft launch booking, nothing has started.

Pool view is good. Can open windows to take in fresh air and can enjoy the use of the balcony (if any). Fronting the highway, non-stop traffic noise can be very disturbing if one wants a reasonable quiet place to go home to retire. Even with windows shut subdued noise could still be audible..However there are some who prefer highway/open space view over the pool view.

not pelangi. definately along jalan kiara and not at segambut dalam area. Size is good enough and fetch RM 2500 no problem..sorry mates, cant tell much, i wanna buy one more this yr. Price psft is definately much more better than a lot of new launch even a lot of PJ condo. Not Sophia too.

and to my44, if the above applies, it's a disadvantage in the sense that less area = more dense lor. but not much effect lah unless land surrender for the lrt is BIG! imagine from 40units/acre becomes 50units/acre density. or something like that lah.

wah, if indeed you are one of the earliest purchaser, and spa is stamped and dated recently, means they have until may 2015 to deliver.
that would put them wayyyyyyyyyyyy ahead of schedule.
