But how many of every project, are buy for own stay? You will be able to answer the question, with the current new launching development, that selling like buying meat in pasar.

In the other hand, i believe Eve suite buyers, at least 70% are investor.

I have spoken to The developer Miss Annie Seow ( She is one of the developer Seow's Family member) pertaining to the proposed meeting. She requested us to write in officially and commented that " should not be a problem and with this invitation letter , she will discuss with their site manager prior meeting us" . So Kindly confirm your attendance soonest to get more quorum .

- ALMOST impossible to get their audit financial status report , they are not public listed companies. BUT if someone out there who is so gila that is willing to "DEAL" with SM LAND staff to get a copy of the report this october , then i  notworthy.gif .

Yes it is slow compare their actual plan but i think making this project successfull is the most important agenda. Already developer promised to pay the buyer if it late .

So i believe 100% that this project will not be abandoned. cool2.gif
