I bought a 2 bedroom condo in Eve Suite .comes with 3 carparks.

( hopefully it can fetch 2500- 3500 ) can cover my installment + maintenance fee and  abit extra for me . ( insyaallah )

hehehhehe...Of course each individual have their own budget and way of thinking.

They are so many expats in subang airport area and they dont budget and think like you . ( i am in aviation industry) and my contacts have been staying in subang airport area . mostly private jet pilots, crews, engineers, helicopetr pilots etc , etc.
Most of them reside in bungaraya , amaya, saujana residency among others.

Eve suite will be definitely a good options for them to consider ( = LRT connectivity will be an advantage )

Developer ask us not need worry cause almost all unit sold off, and they more worry than us. ..... i speechless..
