can your tell me the pros and cons of buying Nikon D90 and D7000.
which one is the best for a beginner such as myself?.

Type of photography u want to do : Macro, Portrait, Pets, Kids
Any specific models in mind? : Canon 210, Sony TX9

3lenses abit too much for me n i heard the kit lens give horrible performance. can u gv me some recommendation of general purpose lens (budget: <1.5k)

if you have go for D7000 as it has the latest technology of nikon. which will please you on the long run.

A friend of mine told me D90 have a motor inside it that makes it compatible with lens that have no motor.

does D7000 also have this feature?.

D7k also has the built in AF motor, no worries.

USED? And you want to spend only 1k? You might as well get a PnS.

1000D used perhaps possible. 550D impossible, D90 impossible, D3100 impossible. The rest, you ownself dig la.

Sony A100 or A230 or stg maybe possible.

so it is safe to say that anything that is inside of D90 is also available inside of D7k ?.

d7k newer model. Of course everything inside and outside D90 also D7k ada lol......

Im planning on getting Canon 1000D. But the price range is just too big. Is there any reliable source on getting the price for this camera?

And some of the shops selling in my hometown are 1799.

Is there a standard price to these? If you ask me, RM 1499 and 1699 are pretty huge difference. But if its Rm 1499 and 1599. I can accept that because its just Rm 100 away. But RM200 is too much.

I know most of the questions here are related to DSLR but I dont have the budget to get one, so im looking for a good and affordable digital camera with the budget of RM 500.

Please give me some kind advice on whether I should opt for the Samsung PL 101 or the Lumix FH1?

I checked at Lowyat and found both cameras on the same price of RM499 with same freebies (2GB memory card, screen protector, casing).

Wanna ask between the two which one is better for landscape pictures and have the best colour quality?

I heard Lumix's lens is using Leica technology hence it is slightly better for taking pictures. Is this true ah?
