but those who own it, try pressing F7 without pressing FN when playing a song. it mutes the song for me either way i'll get a new unit.

Well ye I don't think so except if you want to chat with your teammates or troll your opponents, then it doesn't matter that much. But yea still who loves to play with a stuck space bar wtfffffff

If they are not going to do a 1-to-1 replacement, it could take probably 1-2 months.

Spill a cup of coffee and RMA? Just kidding. I think you should look for your original seller and get him to RMA for you if it's really not working.

My Razer Imperator now cannot scroll up and down. How long does Razer provide warrenty for mouse usually? I bought my Mouse on 1 Jan 2010.

2 years for mouse. But most dealers/shops usually cover only 1 year, then the 2nd year usually they will ask you to claim directly from the distributor which is Ban Leong.

So tat means I still got hope to repair my mouse ? Will they repair on the spot or change new mouse ?

Most probably will send it back for RMA, after usage of 1 year don't think so they'll give you a new replacement unit.

Icic so juz to double confirm. My mouse is still under warrenty by Razer rite.

If really no, then really unlucky to get such a unit.
