what the heck wrong with these ppl out there keep releasing.. please mind my word of saying so.. i know the fact are for earning like what cutealex said flipper but it really spoil the market for those whom initially should have able to afford but these flipper simply taken the advantage out from it.

if those whom not able to make for the s&p which tend to release it this way, i could still understood but some simply did for the mind of $$$.. gosh~ no wonder ppl now days still arguing got money but couldn't buy house

well said guy... i m one of the victims as well... i am realising my unit bcoz recently i jz got a cheaper unit at other condo which is more affordable and i think i sud have got a cheaper n lower floor at Parklane... but unfortunately those ppl out there jz simply took the unit and become flippers afterwards caused the genuine buyers got less choices as in budget
