It's something like within 1 year from signed date to 1st disbursement.. After that, they've rights to terminate

loan agreement normally is within 6 months mus t be executed.

however if there are delays, you can write in to extend it. after all banks just need business

Mine is already 7+ months. So far only MRTA amount is disbursed. I guess this is considered "executed". Correct me if I'm wrong.

Just checked the OL, the drawdown must be made within 12 months after offer is made. i have abt 2+ months more..

PE3 only got the first disbursement now? Phase 3 is also receiving letter at the same time.
