Unit to let go for Phase 3 B1 7th floor unit number 12, From balcony can see swimming pool and playground from own block and opposite block.. very nice view. Comes with 2 car park

initially had tots of buying oug parklane. somehow prefer landed. changed my mind and intead i have booked a unit at aman putri. freehold property. 22 x 75 double storey terraced house at developer's price RM4++k

Too much advertisement for this project, lots of freebies already given, then SMS and newspaper ad, then TVB star Lam Foong, it makes me feel the units are not selling good.
