haha. lucky i chose n900. normally when u get a phone ull be tempted by others after some time. but now im not even tempted by iphone4 n8 etc
n900 ROCKS

True, even having N8, I only use it as 2nd phone, which also hardly touch, mostly use it's camera only.
Web Browsing, N900 is unbeatable, somemore with the great Social Network integration; I don't even use MSN on my PC or laptop anymore. My iPod Touch, also never touch long time, used to use it more for the PapaGo GPS, but now with N8 + Garmin, iPod Touch totally lost it's usefulness, maybe more for gaming but if gaming, I still prefer PSP or Console, although now I also rarely play.

actually i dont mind regarding multi touch. as im not game type. aside from gaming. i dont tink we'll utilise much on multi touch. imo la.
The circular motion of zooming in browser works fine with me

Yup, multi-touch mainly useful for gaming. Some may use it for web browsing, but for me, I don't like zoom in-out when web browsing, I browse in normal view. Of course, for multi-touch device, they're using capacitive screen, which means no finger nails, no proper stylus; So no choice must zoom in to click on small links (unless they buy a special stylus?).
Anyway, having iPod Touch and N8, I don't fancy or even think about Web Browsing with those device UNLESS NO CHOICE,
Another plus point for N900,... Physical Keyboard.
I've chat with my friends on N900 and most of them don't even know I'm on mobile; When one of my friends ask me about N900 in MSN, I told him about the keyboard which is really useful, which he also need since he need to type SMS and email a lot, he's using N95 but was comtemplating to upgrade to touch-screen device. Then I told him that I'm replying him with N900, he was shocked since the reply was so fast even so many words. That's the importance of physical keyboard.
Using the N8, gosh, I can't stand the suffering of using the on-screen keyboard, especially when typing complicated password or those complicated words (like Captcha code). I've suffered it with iPod Touch before, especially when using the "Terminal" in iOS, can cry and feel like throwing the device

I think sms/call database corrupted. I just delete/backup all db and reboot my phone. It will recreate new sms and call history db but u will lost all existing sms and call history.
cd /home/user/.rtcom-eventlogger/
rm *db*
then reboot
tq
I have the Conversations and Call Log bug too, after I restart my device, it revert back to my previous. Can't find the latest Conversations or Call Log. Plus, sometimes, the message went missing while chatting, if you have many unread conversations (altough already read, but mark as unread in the system), if you close the conversation, and the person reply ur message, you open up the conversation, sometimes it message jump up to the last unread message, and latets reply got mixed up there, instead of showing as the latest message.
Btw, anybody knows how to mark all conversations as read? I hate it when you're chatting with someone then you see a bunch of unread messages (although you already read them).
The solution I did was scroll up and down slowly through the message which the system will register the message as read, OR, I touch on the bottom left of the Conversations Inbox widget, which will mark each message as read one at a time.
