after change setting nid to reboot phone mah?

i didnt reboot and it worked.

em.. i found tat g5 sometimes a bit cacat.
even if ur gps is turned on, it din reali on.

if take very long time cant lock it, turn it off and on again.
turn on gps booster will help.
tis is wat i did.

with tis setting provided by khaez, if success, u shud b able to lock satellite in less or around 10 seconds.
if cant, let say take longer than 1 minute, i think u hav to turn off and on try again.

same here..very sad...rain summore..maybe dat add to the locking time also..

already pass 10min, still cant lock.
its ok, will try again tomorrow at workplace. battery kong already

sorry to hear that a few people cant get their gps to lock fast with my settings..

you guys can try this..

Choose gpsOne XTRA
Choose Xtra Enable then choose ENABLE
Then click on TRIGGER DOWNLOAD 2~3 times
But please remember to do the 'TRIGGER DOWNLOAD' once a week because the downloaded file is only valid for a week.

After changing the settings, reboot your phone.

tried d...but still d same..d satelite symbol still blinking wif ? next to it....

after the settings did you test the gps with your gps software?

try testing it in the GpsSetup2
Commands/get position/start gps

The setting work fine for me. I am amaze. Tried to switch off the phone and check the setting again, and it retain the setting. So do not need to worry about doing it everytime you switch on and off the phone. Nice!!
