Swype isn't as accurate in Froyo..too bad, I loved using it in Eclair.

Had some crazy battery drain happening when I was asleep, but that was with 3G turned on..will see what happens tonight.

Overall it's a good update, hopefully they'll continue releasing fixes in the future.

mine too, sometimes when play2 suddenly vibrate, then lag for few seconds, usually this means got some force close apps at the background, i try clearing out some stock bloatware see if that the cause of it

did it today, works just fine.

Now am on EXT4 advance

Works fine too for me. Tried 2 days ago.

No idea, I just flashed it.

My titanium backup isn't working now though, says I lost root access.
But.. I still have root access because other apps requiring it works. Wonder why.

Solved it, I used the new kernel to apply root again. And it works now. Maybe it's busybox problem.

Btw lch78, I use JPA kernel and flashed CF stuff also.

But I think if you use the ULK lagfix also can, inside has 2e recovery all that.

Yes universal lagfix, I got it from xda forums.
Downloaded and used version 3.0, it has everything included.

Recovery into 2e, root, etc. All inside this kernel.

Flashing too like 7 seconds and apply lagfix was about 3 minutes.
Re-root was another 30 seconds.

Very good stuff.
If I've downloaded this earlier, I wouldn't have downloaded CF's kernel.

At the android system recovery after i apply update.zip , it say's E: signature verification failed. Installation aborted.

open it when u receive it?? what do u mean?? u put the files in your sd card then play?? SGS should be able to play avi files up to 720p without any prob

i try to play SNSD-OH at 1080p and its avi format...cannot play at all...it show unsupported file type..thats all.

ppl i4 with weaker gpu do better job than my sgs...my fren laughing at me now...y ur sgs sometime lag?not as smooth as mine..

erm...those with working gps without using wireless...when u factory reset ur phone...ur gps on or off?
