whatsapp is a messenger?

Here is my settings. FYI, I have an application called JuideDefender which control my sync schedule so native sync schedule is not use (facebook, email, weather, etc.). I'm a light user, some calls, sms and mostly I browsed and reading mails and feeds from my phone. I've already tested on K10A/B/C all giving the same batt level.

1. On the kernel level, all tweaks are on except CIFS (not using it at the moment) and BLN. Running ext2 on all partitions.

2. JuiceDefender settings are
- Enable sync for 1 minute for every 15 minutes.
- Data and WiFi disable from 12AM to 6AM.
- Leave data enable if more than 50Kb/15 seconds (overrule first rule).
- Data and WIFI will be connected after unlock the screen (if the phone is not running rule #1 at that moment).
- Wifi will switch off is more than 50M from nearest AP.

The chorology...
1. Unplugged at 2:30AM and use the phone again at around 10:30AM, still got 93% left. My sync schedule started at 6AM.


2. This is my battery level at 7:26PM on the same day..


3. After 8:30 PM, I did not use the phone much and I plugged the wall charger at 3:30AM the next day. If I'm not mistaken I've around 10-15% left but I'm sleepy at that moment so did not capture the screen.

4. For a comparison, this is my screenshot running RFS today. I switched to RFS last night to see the consumption. As you can see, the JuiceDefender rating also dropped from 1.67 to 166 in just 3 hours.

battery consumption only depends on our usage, widgets and app. If you're a light user, of course you'll have great battery life. There's also Superpower app in XDA but yet to try. Don't know how much wil these app really save our batt

guys, suddenly i cannot view webpage..it says forbidden..what happened here eh? i installed settings from maxis last night..

it detects other whatsapp users from ur phonebook based on their phone number.. its like BBM for blackberry but whatsapp is multiplatform

as i said.... those app with PREVENT SYSTEM from SLEEPING is the culprit, if u dont need it dun install it, if u cant live without it... u have to live with the ever reducing batt bar..

guys im having trouble on changing wallpaper . . can an old wallpaper on the phone be deleted or i need to use some app to change the wallpaper . im refering to the non live wallpaper . anybody here knows good wallpaper app changer

Not really. Whatsapp ID is your phone number, actually. So when you launch it, it checks your phone contacts and lists all your friends whose phone numbers were registered in Whatsapp database. Very handy actually, I discovered quite a number of BB and iPhone 'buddies' on whatsapp.
