Hi every1... sorry im late to day. because going back to HQ meeting.
Hoooooooooorayh !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the problem still remain .... ![]() Call to TM again.... Critical Department Operator Mr. Zul answer my call.... after SOP asking.... so going this case to Superior level.... answer my call Mr. Zaff.... At the end.... the answer is "we will giving this case to Technician to solve the problem" Really what the fxck of the answer? since from the 1st day already know the problem will back to technician... till now... the answer still same.... i request email from TM told me the problem is come from TM not my problem... so when i get this email.... i can ask rebate from TM billing department... WTF !!! |
