i was mad in this kind of download speed.
Today going to JB TM Center, Located at Tmn Sentosa.
Walk-in press the services counter, wait there about 50mins (only 2 person infront me, imaging how worst their services and how slow their working).
Asking the services counter operator, show her my report number, TM email, skmm email. and she used 30mins to check all the thing and her computer. then told me will inform technician, what the hxll ? still technician? i request to see manager!
so wait another 20mins, the manager is free to see me. To avoid is fake "manager" i was request name card and tally with employee pass.
ask : what happen my streamyx? slow connection from last month 17 Nov till now?
Manager: i'm sorry, we only notice by today. We will ask our "profesional" personnal to check your problem.
ask: when? who? what name? what number of mobile?
Manager: sorry, due to resource issue, temporary we can't answer you the people who will go to your place.
ask: So? when ? date? time?
Manager: i'm very sorry, because they are "profesionel", and it's limited ppl in Johor. Whole johor only had 4 "profesionel" serve in Johor. For your case, we may on hold to next week friday onward.
Ask : what??? so can i stop pay my bill until you solve the problem? if yes, i can leaving now.
Manager: No, we not means. but because all the "profesionel" schedule is full, so you had to wait.
Ask: what? my problem start from 17 Nov till now. that what? normal case for streamyx? i dont care how, tomorrow. i wan see your technician.....

Me: i dont care is profesionnel or techinian or your CEO. i just wan my case solve. When they can fix my problem? i wan answer now!

Me: does streamyx cap our download speed, which we download to international server?
Manager: No, No, No, where you heard from?
Me: Internet, what i get all information from internet and i make complain direction instead of TM 100.
Manager: That is not correct! we serv all customer. We serv you with what you pay. All customer pay and we will give the full speed to customer. TM never CAP streamyx customer.
Me: So why i cant download in peak hour, but during midnight to Morning, i can get full speed?
Manager: That is MAYBE server busy, so you will get a bit lower speed.
Me: a bit? almost 90% drop, so should i pay my bill only 10%? because i only use 10% speed.
Manager: No, i think we had stop this conversation here, our "profesionel" will meet up with you and talk with you tomorrow 4pm at your house.
Me: So you sure TM no CAP all the streamyx user? even at penang or KL also?
Manager: Sure, We wont do it to our VALUE Customer...
