dear all... late update....
streamyx 2nd level called me just now. Aziz called me. Told me will upgrade to 2Mb package as free. Ask me to try the speed again with: Shut down modem 15sec, start modem... speed test.... so below is the result... problem still remain..... what i can do next ????  |

Good Morning all.... this is the morning record as speed what i get.
IP address is 60.49.*.* Finally no cap for my streamyx, and i sleep at 1am still cap. 1am : fileserve downloading speed is 40kbps. (3.22Gb downloading) 6.45am wake up. Fileserve completed download. Dxmn streamyx!!!!!  |

JB TM Services center 2281228 was contact me again. But currently at singapore. So call back to center. same procedure to them: TM : Mr. Lim, apa masalah streamyx? Me : The problem remain download speed slow as 0.42Mb TM : OK, saya pergi check lagi. Me : Suka Hati kamu la.... hang up the phone.... i had no update now. because at office now (Singapore).
will go back home at 4pm. and will check again for the speed. information by my Server provider located at KL, Even using VPN, the download speed still remain slow. WTF of the streamyx ....cap all the download speed.... |

Hi all buddy here... had update you all...
just now TM critical department call me.... regarding the slow connection. ask me keep on the modem and they need do test... will call me back before 10.30pm. but i found in same IP address... but the speedtest was different.... Speedtest.net only 0.3x only.... but ... use speedtest.streamyx.com.my i can get over 1.5Mb.... why ??? now streamyx just giving me 10% capacity for what i subscript... so i can request pay 10% from the bill ????
