f***! moments ago a bank car loan officer interviewed me, and i accidentally slipped that i just work for 6 months and they said they maybe wont approve 90%, maybe only 85% loan! and still need guarantor! shit! f***ed!

which bank..? try other bank perhaps
i got the loan before i started working ..... without guarantor ... i just attached my employment letter... haha

i took eon bank.... my interest was 3.8 or 3.7 ... tat range la...
maybe u should try apply other bank first.... while waiting .. maybe u r lucky .... they jsut say so much thing but in the end. they still approve urs?

They ask a lot of questions.. I say want to buy HL lah.. Then i told them to check my CIMB account.. I told them i got fixed investment income in Dubai.. Every month i pinjam RM3.5k from my mom.. Then keep in the bank lah... DONT WITHDRAW it out.. Just let the balance slowly grow... Then time to time just do some small transactions like withdraw Rm100.. Rm250.. Rm500.. Rm300 from the bank every 4-5days.. Showing like u got activity and using the money like that lah.. As long as u got a lot of money coming in, little bit going out.. Then can kautim easily ady.. They approve for me RM48500 loan.. Add with the discount SA gave me i just pay RM660 to get the car.. No d/payment also..

Yeah.. But also before buying the car my mom went and search around among all her friends lah.. See which one got cable.. First i went to submit at Maybank also i only got 75% of B Line price (RM38k) loan only... Thats why the CIMB manager cant give me 95% for HL, as due to if 1 of the bank approve an amount of loan for my name ady it will be in the centralised system.. And other bank cant raise up the loan too much as they must use the other bank amount approval as indicative.. So the best is b4 buying a car must plan.. Use a particular account, show that you have a lot of money going in but not out of the account.. Its not the amount that comes in that matters, its the average bank balance that matters. If i nvr go to maybank in the start manatau i ady can get HL with 95% loan ady..

try Public Bank.

And then when i got my Persona, my loan was approved in 2 days only and i was working in this new company for less than a month but historically with more than 5 years working already. try EON Bank. They are good. I like this bank actually.
