I visited JAdehill for the first time since they first launched, it was great in fact and I like the density , the landscape plan and the nicer house (compare to SEP). OVer the years, I still visit the place and friends who are staying there, I would say that it is not turning ugly but certainly not turning out as per their earlier projection. OR maybe this is part of their plan as well.

Tis is not the first time ppl complain Gamuda.
Many yrs ago about Kota Kemuning issue. The exit of Kemuning Utama.
Kota Kemuning residents complain like hell. Gamuda won't bother u.
The kubur located behind of Kota Kemuning. The last phase of DSL ppl kena tipu.
They buy the house without info. The SA of Gamuda hide tis. No any buyer about tis till VP n see the kubur signboard

How come didnt survey properly the site nearby got kubur not.
Now after buy only regret...
I dont think they are cheating.
This is not their selling point why should a developer tell you all this.

just ask, how many malaysia developer will tell?
It perhaps the SA u met is good one, there wont b all SA will tell the bad points.
So far i didn't encounter.

All talk bout good points only

Even developer try to hide or just show good things to clients.
Once client come to them and ask for help to solve the problem. Do u think they should wash hand till like none of their biz?.
If like that, they act like sucker only lor.

Yes first few phases near Jalan meru. I know.
We r not talking abt quality
We r talking abt service after vp n honest of developer
Developer should tell u the fact n figure out the way to approach the buyer.
Is not to hide the bad things n only tell buyer the good things.
Of coz, can not deny buyer need to do more survey before buying house.
And oso the service after vp. Just imagine, not only one buyer come to u to highlight the problem but whole group of buyers come to u. If u r developer, u should try to help them or........
If not believe come to Kota Kemuning. The kubur still there. The Kemuning Utama exit still allowed to connect to first roundabout of Kota Kemuning.

Setia Alam, house workmanship very bad.

My gf house in Setia Alam wall crack.

Asked Developer to check. Developer said next house do renovation.

Some same row. Neighbor no renovation also see wall crack.

The developer know the contractor doing bad work. But hide it to avoid being responsible.

You can google. It is Impian Phase.

Yala, the kubur issue. The Gomen ask to find the land to replace. Then they can move to other place
