Many yrs ago about Kota Kemuning issue. The exit of Kemuning Utama.
Kota Kemuning residents complain like hell. Gamuda won't bother u.
The kubur located behind of Kota Kemuning. The last phase of DSL ppl kena tipu.
They buy the house without info. The SA of Gamuda hide tis. No any buyer about tis till VP n see the kubur signboard

U know lagi worse. Residents there try to solve the problem. The Gomen ask them to find another land to replace.
If not mistaken, they look for Gamuda..

How about the Kemuning Utama exist ?. I can tell u, kk ppl oso look for Gamuda. Some thing. f u oso no time .

Even developer try to hide or just show good things to clients.
Once client come to them and ask for help to solve the problem. Do u think they should wash hand till like none of their biz?.
If like that, they act like sucker only lor.

Yes first few phases near Jalan meru. I know.
We r not talking abt quality
We r talking abt service after vp n honest of developer
Developer should tell u the fact n figure out the way to approach the buyer.
Is not to hide the bad things n only tell buyer the good things.
Of coz, can not deny buyer need to do more survey before buying house.
And oso the service after vp. Just imagine, not only one buyer come to u to highlight the problem but whole group of buyers come to u. If u r developer, u should try to help them or........
If not believe come to Kota Kemuning. The kubur still there. The Kemuning Utama exit still allowed to connect to first roundabout of Kota Kemuning.

Yala, the kubur issue. The Gomen ask to find the land to replace. Then they can move to other place
So, who can help? Of coz ask Gamuda help lar.

The gomen proposal is find another land. Then can consider change land.
So big of land, only developer can help.

Residents ask for help n highlighted..too near to house n Chinese school. The outcome is consider can be changed but in the first place must got alternate land

U know the last phase buyer Sibeh pity
They dun know the land next to their house is for Malay kubur even they start moving in till one day gomen ppl put the signboard there.

I resident in kk more than 10 yrs . I donate money to the committee as well.
Not can not do. Dun want to do. Push the problem. Play tachi, hide the thing.

no proper planning
Gamuda too smart, they dun tell u guys overall the plan in so details. Easy pusing here and there once got problem.
Once complain coming " why the garden become public car park? Hihi subject to change mah.
