why cannot use jade hill just for advertise?

after all jade hill is nice & setia impian also nice

many developer using damansara and selling like hot cake.

i passing from the first round about to kajang sg chua.

i went inside by giving angpow to this security and handover my diving license and make some rounding.

the environmetn not bad. just lack of trees.

but, i think our jadehill commnercial need support from setia impian in order to be success.

i am ok actaully let them using jadehill

it will make jade hill more famous.

security is reasonable as the security asking me to leave my driving license.

no doubt security in jadehill is very good.

jadehill food need some changes. Maybe new menu.

I hear the Jadites Suites buyer not yet signed s&p.

How come phase II Jadites Suits pulak?

On the C & D... 450psf any marketing strategy like low down payment, free this and that?

Anyone mind to explain?

Developer's contractor busy with the landscaping work at the commercial lot now. Maybe one more month to handover .

Our commercial lots look very clean, spaces and modem. Hope it won't bring too much pub/bristo.

June/ July can start school already?
