the so call luxury jadites suites ( photos download from one website) look like medium cost flat and not so luxury if 4 blocks in combine , selling 500K is overprice already. They should use more glass....adding this the next to another housing developer bloking nice view from swiming pool level with high hill cut. inviting future landslide next to jadites suites. scare la.

1)I also dislike the wooden flooring workmanship.
2) We hardly have any spece in between units for better landscape. However, I will plant some bamboo tree and 2 pots of water lily infornt of my units.

But I like my unit view. It is almost at the top of jadehill and the unit look very grand. my parking lot can put 6 car/ play badminton.

the 2 storey is fully sold.

next launch is 3 storey. If Gamuda going to lease it out. Meaning they are not going to launch it.

I hope jadehill commercial areas won't be like DPC.

DPC is very chap now and will be more chap.

I invested in Jadehill bcs of the exclusive feel.

I might invest 2 more their service apartment in May/April 2013 too.

The wooden floor look not grand and i can see need high maintenance. I plan to rent it out my unit so usually tenant don;t take care your unit and those wooden floor will give me lots of trouble later.

My unit is very far from the track. I never hear any track sound.

Currently, I live behind Minlon. I also sometime hear train track when near our community lake.

My areas have many asutralian , german. It seem like they also ok with train track sound. Some Stand alone Villa very near to track cost 5mil...

first time i hear jadehill develeoper rent out.

we have 2 row 2 storey Quad Villa = total 36 unitss

another 2 row 2/12 storey Quadm Villa = Total 36 units.

The north section Quad Villa ( 2 storey) is facing Terrace ( 2 Storey)

one row QV 2 storey facing the QV 2.5 Storey.

The sorth Quad Villa ( 2.5 storey) facing also 2 storey super link ( 2 storey)

QV 2.5 = RM1.25 Mil

i think the QV 2 storey was 130k cheaper. compare the 2.5 storey.
