exampe x= 2 , 4 , 6 ,6

Using the scale of 1 cm 1 unit on x axis . does this mean at the graph , every 2 cm of the box in the graph i put 2?

the data we can obtain from the question are:

mean= 20
S.D= 2.5

Q1.New mean = 70, which means 3(20)+q = 70
q=70-60=10

Q2.Original variance=2.5^2=6.25
New varience = 6.25 x( 3^2)
= 6.25 x 9
= 56.25
