Same here so I think it is normal. My quad also can hover about half throttle. Might be changing the ESC timing to middle and check again. At this moment I am using low timing for the Plush ESC.
Hehe, the other day got someone boating around the lake and rescued a plane hor?
A fren of mine is asking me to setup one for him but the PLUSH 18A is out of stock now. If I would still be using back the frame I just bought what motor would you recommend other than the SK 2822 motor? That would be a quad for stable flying instead of acrobatics.
My apartment has a very small balcony only, not good enough to take off from there lah Furthermore I am on 12th floor, too scare to fly at that kind of altitude ... hohohoho
That small padang for night flying is pretty safe from crime because it is in my apartment's compound ... kekkekeke the only worry is mosquito and dengue!
Your walkera heli looks pretty nice lah with LED also, but too bad I think my "camera man" cannot accept more flying machines to go into the house after the quad
Hohoho, I prefer mode 2. Because most of the rc hobbyist in malaysia are mode 1, from there I have a reason to decline people from "borrowing" my things and test test .....
Definitely. The cf quad frame is about 150 ringgit including shipping. I think all those expenses you have mentioned can afford two of this frame
Added on March 24, 2012, 7:11 am So even though you are mode 2, hehehe ...... Not worth to come lah just to try cf frame only. ( hohoho, see how i decline you now )

Shipping is about USD40++ .. add up and the total is about USD310. Almost 1K here ........ Hohoho, since I have a quad already do you think I should spend this 1K just for a FPV system which usually has a longer range or 800m is good enough already?
Not just that only, short skirts and cat-walk not good enough, they need to know how to fly also. Else how to call them flying models ....... huahahahahha
Qiw, your FPV video is interesting. I am so tempted to go FPV evey time I see your video. Hehehe, too bad lah the cost of starting FPV is not affordable to me
Qiw, isn't it the 900MHz has a lot of interference? I prefer to FPV with a goggle, more realistic. The one I have mentioned above is that good enough for the video quality? But it is only 100mW.
That's what is stopping me from FPV. I have no time and 1.) lots of reading required -> you need time to read. 2.) need money to buy the system -> you need time to earn money.
Hahahahahaha, might as well just wait for the lower price and better system in the future ......
