between, can i use my phone like wifi or camera when no network services? because when i open camera app, screen showing the camera gate closing and i can't take photo?

Im porting from blue to yellow.
My previous number is a main line with a supp line.I already disconnect the supp line in early december.
Last week I've submit the MNP form and now my iPhone is ready but my porting not success bcoz the system say my supplimentary line is temporary disconnect status.To make the process succeed,its should be permanently disconnect.When I call the centre,it say to make it permanent disconnect,the process took about 2 months.

So now I should wait for another month so that my main line can be ported ? Or there are step that can make the status become permanent disconnect faster ?

but can i swipe my maybank debit card for the rm2090?

If you're porting out from Celcom, you need to go to the counter and ask them to permanently disconnect your supplimentary accounts, they'll do this straight away and no need to wait for two months. Celcom careline know nuts and I hate dealing with them..
