Do you already have the account verified? I linked my Maybank CC to PayPal account. It took ~6 days for the code (for verification) to appear in my online statement.

Unverified Paypal can't withdraw more than RM1500 from the linked CC.

If you have sufficient funds in your Paypal, the payment will be swift. You just choose the delivery date suits you.
