i bought at Gurney Plaza, Penang.

hello.. just want to know if anyone know how long to wait for iphone 4 rma?

My case:
-Signed up for a digi iphone 4 on 11/02/2011.
-23/03/2011 the phone stopped functioning and displayed a black screen
-24/03/2011 went to Berjaya Times Square. Technician agreed to replace my phone, they told me to wait yet they cant say until when.
-04/05/2011 went to the center, again they merely say 'please wait until we text you'. No confirmation, no letter, nothing.
-12/06/2011 called customer service, lady asked me to wait till they notify me. If next month still now news?? She ask me to call again..


Does anyone know how long is this 'wait'???

You might want to be more firm when dealing with their customer service, tell them you will be filing a complaint if you don't get a replacement soon, just pressure them until you get it.

And did you sign up for a subscription ? Do you still have to pay your phone bills even if you don't have a replacement phone yet ?

for me last time i use to buy a lot credit to my prepaid, before i switch to my postpaid. first cheaper for the prepaid credit. so they will slowly deduct the money every month

Depends on how much music you have. This takes the most space. If you don't think it will exceed 100 albums 16GB will be fine. Iphone memory cannot be upgraded so you need to allocate for future.

but i check through 128 the billed amount is 86..

@bibinoob - thx but actually the billed statement from 128 is correct...it's just that ocs updates are too slow..ive already paid the bill and i check through 128 my billed amount is already 0..but in ocs still 86..ceh
