hello.. just want to know if anyone know how long to wait for iphone 4 rma?

My case:
-Signed up for a digi iphone 4 on 11/02/2011.
-23/03/2011 the phone stopped functioning and displayed a black screen
-24/03/2011 went to Berjaya Times Square. Technician agreed to replace my phone, they told me to wait yet they cant say until when.
-04/05/2011 went to the center, again they merely say 'please wait until we text you'. No confirmation, no letter, nothing.
-12/06/2011 called customer service, lady asked me to wait till they notify me. If next month still now news?? She ask me to call again..


Does anyone know how long is this 'wait'???

Yea I signed up for the i138 package.. still paying my monthly bills.
