always failed. sweat.gif i was impressed with the Myanmar team. came from no where but ended up winning the trophy. great effort. not a rich country plus facing internal conflicts, but they still managed to come up with great results. and they've been consistent for the past 5 years. Malaysia don't have to follow anyone who's too far, just learn from Myanmar for now.

actually Malaysia didn't play bad in the game against Myanmar. it was a similar story to the final. we had better possession and managed to break Myanmar's defence couple of times, especially in the 1st half. but they played very well defensively and deployed fast and effective counter attacks. the tempo of their game play was quite impressive as well, and all of their players are still under 23.

they even admitted that they've learnt a lot from us especially on coaching, training and other technical sides of football. we actually helped them a lot. the difference is that they benefited every single of it and managed to keep their consistency. we didn't.

Perhaps we can ask the states or clubs make a shock transfer like Tevez n Mascherano to WHU? This sure will boost our local boys confident.... LOL

Dun think shock transfer of world class players to states team will make any difference to the quality of our national team...to improve the national team, FAM management must resign and gave other people the chance to do a better job at FAM..to Raja Ahmad Zainuddin, Ibrahim Saad, Pahang royal family..DAH LAMA DAH!!!!!!

No need to compare by ranking lah(too many example).... Myanmar isn't a weak team anymore.... they dun have real professional league, their salary r very low.... and FAM spend all the money for what ? maybe want to "masuk poket sendiri" only... Myanmar no need to spend such a big money, no need goto train in England... thats what we need to learn for them now....

totally agree with u.... those ppl that is managing the FAM is the main prob with our football standard had been stagnant from the 80's..... i can still remember the old malaysia team in the 80's but not now... even back in the 80's we were better... let's not talk bout 70's when we got all those superb players.....
what is happening... with all those facilities... prob is the management....... clubs as we see in europe sack them straight away.... or even election been done... but over here it has been ruled by those same ppl over and over again... the pahang royal family should just stick with their polos... no offend but they no nuts bout football......

i think santokh singh, soh chin aun and gang if they make a comeback now,
i would think they can trash the current national players easily.....
no problem....

thats y must start at schools. but given racist , biased , and lazy coaches, can you really expect the truly skilful ones to be given the chance to shine?
*
100% agreed.... u can see a big tummy like big watermelon on those malaysia coaches... about biased( not to mentioned... know by our haert)....maybe some ppl got 1st priority that causes limited talent around... even a kaki bangku can join skool team( it really happen!!!!).. got nothing to say lioa.. not professional enough la... not systematic enougn in management.... thats y malaysia football is such a FAILURE... dissapointed!!!!
