tax impose will be 15% of total value + shipping ... which is.. very expensive.. not include your fuel + toll for your journey to lcct

OTL I didn't realize they combined my items until they sent me the shipping notice, I thought they sent only a single paypal invoice because it would be easier to calculate..
I also have books in the package, hopefuly they wont add that in to be taxed, since books aren't taxable..

HS confuses me, before this, I wanted to ship a few figma together, and they shipped them one by one..

best way to avoid this is to check out each item one by one, so they all get a different order number and wont be shipped together

..they shipped them together anyway, even though I received two seperate order confirmation emails.

I did try asking them to seperate, but it's already on the way...so..Just pray Kastam CNY mood ignore my box.

2 separate invoices should be 2 separate shipping ... but if they end up shipped them combine, meaning they cheated on the shipping cost ...

i place the order 1 by 1 here is the info i received from them:

965253 Black Rock Shooter (PVC Figure) Good Smile Company 1/8
Item price :5,600 yen x Q.T.Y :1 = 5,600 yen

HobbySearch Shipping Cost : 3,000yen
Total cost 8,600 yen

965451 Dead Master -original version- (PVC Figure) Good Smile Company 1/8
Item price :4,667 yen x Q.T.Y :1 = 4,667 yen

HobbySearch Shipping Cost : 2,700yen
Total cost 7,367 yen

so total cost is 15,967 yen

However i receive payment notice from them is 14,767 yen which mean they didn't cheat us on shipping cost but what i really not happy is they combine both item and ship out without telling me.

hmm.. if that's the case, probably they purposely shipped them combined because wanna ease their trouble to pack them separately ... without thinking, that it would troubling us instead...

try send another email to them and ask why they did that when you told them not to ... lets hear their explanation ...

i didnt ask them why instated i ask them to take note on this issue and for my following orders made in their site.

If you haven't pay the invoice and ask us here. We could have help you.

Simple solution:
After you receive the invoice, just e-mail them to separate the orders according to your instruction.
They will reorganize your shipment and then will resent separate invoices for you.

*this happen quite a lot of times at amiami

guys a quick question, now my item has reached malaysia and the status are like these:

1.Arrival at inward office of exchange
2.Awaiting presentation to customs commissioner
3.Departure from inward office of exchange

does it mean already pass-by customs?

Uhm, you're tracking via Japanpost right? According to poslaju it's:

Departure from inward office of exchange >> Item held in customs etc.

So I think the package will only go through kastam..after it reaches your state.

yes via japanpost but the last status only show Departure from inward office of exchange no other thing mention. now all i can do is to pray hard my package will go through kastam
