on desktops it's abt 10-15mins...

juz nice for u to save and switch off the computer...

so expect double the time or more on a laptop...

I dont think its true la.. I used my laptop for 1 year, always plug to AC with battery attached. The battery life never degraded.

honestly i never trust those system monitoring programs from the makers themselves...

more often than not, they are overly simple and dun provide much useful data...

u'll be surprise when u use third party programs like HWMonitor and BatteryCare...

this one's from my 1.5yr old laptop...

yup, only 1% wear after 18 mths of using... this is the result of removing the battery religiously whenever i use AC power...

4hrs is not a big problem when i am on Asus Power4Gear Battery Saving Mode... with C2D T9550 and HD4650...

Oh no wonder ur battery can last longer than A42Jv, capacity is slightly higher... For some reason ur processor temp is quite low compared to mine...

that's becuz i am in Australia tongue.gif + i ve removed the original thermal pad and replaced it with OCZ Freeze nod.gif for both CPU and GPU...

and also, the battery is rated 4800mAh...
