Ok..I'm one of the ex-owner of Impian Heights from 2003 until 2009. Sold my units @ RM166k with the b/u 1,122 sqft as moved to Bandar Puteri. My unit is 3rd floor, facing pool and very quiet. The place is reasonably priced and I would say it's a good choice to stay although the condos is a bit old (completed on 1999). Don't have water leakage issue except my master room upstairs units got some water leaking causing my plaster ceiling melting slightly. Apart from that, I hate that the car park is not covered which my car is under the hot sun like a dry salted fish.

I feel it's a better choice compared to KOI which is overpriced. Just spend some money for renovation and all will be good.

Actually i'm staying in desa impiana right now . Stayed here for about a year now and so far very2 satisfied with the management and my unit . I'm not really sure about the condos because i'm staying in the duplex unit but as far as security and cleanliness and maintenance i would say exceptional . This is by far the best place i've ever stay.

I can only suggest for the duplex unit because i have no idea how's the condo's inside like. duplex unit have built in water heater and water pump with full plastered ceiling. very low density and very2 save inside the condo compound. just don't park your car outside because i have saw 2 snatch cases happened and numbers of cars windows smashed .i think it is because there's kampung and flats near the place with mat rempits. really hate them.

But other than that inside everything is so nice, quite and serene . No break in or whatsoever. Thoroughly recommend it . oh by the way only handfull of foreigner stayed there not like desa millenium which infested with african.

Note of advice don't even consider to buy desa millenium , i asked the guard the other day because the penthouse there is very cheap . he himself told me not to buy there due to cases like fights , rapes, breaks in caused by african foreigners.

Impiana good for investment but not sure is it good for own stay? As it is quite far inside for us to go out to work and Puchong is a very jam area.

Hi All

Did the developer mentioned the piece of empty land in-front of the condo, is for what?

I intend to get a unit in Desa Impiana. Was informed that Pasarana will be constructing the LRT near to the blocks. Few existing colleges in walking distance. Sounds tempting for investment... Again, the empty field infront of the block is for the lrt station?

well, I kinda disagree with the leaky statement. I have viewed few units. No leaking. Condition is run down due to wear and tear (But you normally see the same in landed properties). Some units even have the sanitary facilities intact, almost new.

Cant deny that building structure needs maintenance, appear leaky in some places.

Cleanliness is 5-star for a 10 yr old condo! Among the best I have seen over 1 year of scouting through klang valley condos. Compound is so huge you cant find equal size except at million dollars projects.

Others care to share any oversight I might have?

am currently staying at Impian Heights for few years. Management is good, cleanliness is satisfying, security wise -very good. no leaking problem at all. quiet & low density, awesome place to stay. Very near to major road.
my unit is facing Kesas, hmmmmmm. get used to the noise, almost never bothered me at all. Very airy becoz hill top location, never heard of any ghost thingy-nonsense created by chickenshit. Koi also people said got ghost partying all night long, which was again- nonsense. Just wish for a covered car park, coz my car all dusty. but still thankful if compared to my frenz staying at Desa Impiana, her car glass got smashed by thief coz no place to park, she has to park out side. Impian Heights got lots of parking space within it's own compound.
Of course, Desa Impiana and Koi designs are much up to date and current. still, after did my research, i decided to buy Impian Heights coz the location, price, huge build up, environment and overall, it was a worthy buy. Surveyed Desa Impiana, really like the design, but location wise, too crowded road- minus factor. Koi- small unit, higher price, road is bumpy and holey, high density neighbourhood, with lotsa cars park by the side of road- real turn off point. So, even Impian Height was 10 years old, i picked it up, not perfect, but fullfil most of my checklist. cheers
