am currently staying at Impian Heights for few years. Management is good, cleanliness is satisfying, security wise -very good. no leaking problem at all. quiet & low density, awesome place to stay. Very near to major road.
my unit is facing Kesas, hmmmmmm. get used to the noise, almost never bothered me at all. Very airy becoz hill top location, never heard of any ghost thingy-nonsense created by chickenshit. Koi also people said got ghost partying all night long, which was again- nonsense. Just wish for a covered car park, coz my car all dusty. but still thankful if compared to my frenz staying at Desa Impiana, her car glass got smashed by thief coz no place to park, she has to park out side. Impian Heights got lots of parking space within it's own compound.
Of course, Desa Impiana and Koi designs are much up to date and current. still, after did my research, i decided to buy Impian Heights coz the location, price, huge build up, environment and overall, it was a worthy buy. Surveyed Desa Impiana, really like the design, but location wise, too crowded road- minus factor. Koi- small unit, higher price, road is bumpy and holey, high density neighbourhood, with lotsa cars park by the side of road- real turn off point. So, even Impian Height was 10 years old, i picked it up, not perfect, but fullfil most of my checklist. cheers
