It's not a bug, but more like a feature. Mine is like that as well, whenever you plug/unplug the earphones. If only I could disable that "feature", which is quite annoying to not see a "telur" on my Task Manager widget.

Another issue on my phone is the Web Browser which doesn't terminate properly.

But I can still live with these la.

Is there any Task Manager for iphone4? I wonder how many programs are running in the background that the users aren't aware of...

Added on November 14, 2010, 9:09 pmSupercurio (Voodoo lagfix programmer) was working on the headphone jack fix earlier. It should be able to fix the incompatibility with Apple's earphones. As he tweeted that he actually bought the earphones for testing. lol

BTW, how about using the original handsfree earphones that came with the phone?

Why does Galaxy Tab get to have Froyo and not SGS huh?

They aren't much different other than the physical size, right?

I kinda prefer non-journaling filesystem like ext2, for fewer writes to memory and probably better batt life, but no complaints la. Anything is better than stock rom. Kinda sad for those who are holding back, waiting for official froyo fw as if it would fix everything bad about the sgs.

I am using it now, it's really heaven coming from a stock eclair.

It's fast, and even with so much running, i just use a auto memory manager and put it at aggressive to overcome having a lot of applications.

It comes with several lagfix option i am running the speedmod ext4 now, and i can last whole day with minimal to moderate usage.

Theme is nice and it has built in BLN (Backlight Notification) so when you get a miss call or sms you get a notification at the bottom.

haha just logicaly thinking, but my heart say still no go at malaysia, maybe at 20 or 28 like that then come out, but who knows right?

u can always flash to JPO rom to taste froyo and reflash back to stock firmware when malaysia finally gets it,but to me there's not much improvement only a few features

just got my galaxy s this evening. great phone, waiting for froyo update.

Maybe Android just doesn't want to return the memory to free status? Anyway, not really sure, I don't use task killer - have never experienced 'out of memory' error on the phone so I don't see any reason to kill tasks.

i use fastest task killer,so far i'm very satisfied with it every time i switched back my display on i'll get minimum 180 mb of free ram and i'm on stock jg4

maybe bcoz of Touchwiz on SGS then have more fix to do??
