Since 7.6.2 youtube is latest, so i just use 7zip to open the app list, then extracted it. now install it liao. How do we tell the version of our youtube?

I've just set back most of the settings, contacts and apps back into my phone. Thanks so much to z4mod which does not revert properly. My number of apps is getting lesser and lesser after each factory reset. No idea what I'm missing out. Lol...

go to youtube app.. and go to settings using the back button

I can still download MMS perfectly. Check APN settings?

also check by pressing & hold the power button. now there is"DATA NETWORK MODE". make sure it is activated..

if i activate it but i set apn type to 'mms' only, it will not enable my 3g data rite?

In MMS settings, temporarily change Auto-retrieve to disable. Then go to the message and click Download.

thanks it works! anyway now i hav my active data mode activated, but i doesn wan the 3g data to eat up my credit. chging apn setting to 'mms' will do?

solved my froyo drain battery problem, i flash all the way and reinstall back , now it goes normally

i wonder is voodoo a good lagfix? still searching for one

Hi all
I just recently enabled the three button recovery on my phone and also upgrade to latest official froyo. Planning to go down three flashing road. Been looking at docs rom and kernel upgrade. Looks like I have to change to change to clock work mod recovery. Right now on 3e.will I be able to come back to original 3e recovery if I want to????

Just want to able to come back to stock as out would give me lees headache in case of warranty.

planning to flash adjp5 v8 of docs. I guess that's ok for our sgs.

Did you enable lagfix? Did you flash special kernel?

One thing i notice is, if you got the app 'spare parts', go change the windows transition animation speed to fast, it feels smoother! Maybe just placebo effect but maybe not

For some reason i had to Factory Reset my SGS....

After that i reinstall Doc V8.0.1 and YA-OK! Yet-another Kernel... but i feel its very lagging...

i test with Quadrant.. i got below 1000 only.... before it was aroung 1600.

What can i do...? T_T

it ain't placebo. it actually fast & smooth.

try to reinstall DocRom n flash YA-OK kernel again...quadrant is 1060+ with no lagfix...no lagging at all...u can feel much more responsive even in launcher pro...
